A reputable Supermarket based in Dar es Salaam is inviting qualified, motivated, and experienced individuals to apply for the following positions:

Available Positions

• Accountant (Female only)

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to write and speak English
• Computer literacy. (proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

   Job description

• Prepare, examine payroll, financial statements and other financial reports for accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting standards.
• Register new employees with NSSF benefits. And Prepare Monthly TRA, NSSF, WCF and other statutory returns
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts and finance documentation and keep track of creditors and debtors
• Calculate provisional tax and revise as necessary, maintain finance files and assist audits
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Carry out financial analysis of the company operations to inform decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic management reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs and variances.
• Analyze on a monthly basis chargeable and non-chargeable time in the Company.
• Update accounts receivable and payable lists and conduct debtors and creditors age analyses.
• Compute all relevant taxes, prepare and file tax returns to ensure compliance with all statutory authorities.
• To perform any other duty assigned from management

2. Supermarket In-Charge (Female only)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily supermarket operations
• Supervise, lead, and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer service
• Ensure proper stock control and product availability
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets
• Ensure a clean, safe, and secure shopping environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly
• To perform any other duty assigned from management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 3 years and above experience in retail management or supermarket operation
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

3. Cashier (Female only)

Work Station: Dar es Salaam

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer payments accurately
• Issue receipts and ensure correct billing
• Maintain proper cash handling and daily reconciliation
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashier area
• Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to management
• Adhere to company policies and financial procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least a Diploma in a business-related field
• Minimum 3 years of cashier experience
• Basic computer and POS machine skills are an added advantage
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused

4. Supermarket Shelves Attendant (Female only)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management and shelf arrangement
• Attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of shelves

5.   Barista (Female only)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving a  variety of coffee and beverages
• Providing outstanding customer service with a smile
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Assisting with stock management and restocking supplies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Education
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee and customer satisfaction

6. Plumbers 

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
• Skilled in installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues

7. Electricians

• Minimum 3 years of electrical work experience
• Knowledge of wiring, installations, and safety standards
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults

8. Painters 

• Minimum 3 years of painting experience
• Skilled in surface preparation, mixing paints, and finishing techniques
• Ability to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
