Requirements

1 -Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2- CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
3- Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience.
4- Experience in consultancy, professional services, or corporate finance is an added advantage.
5- Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance and financial reporting.
Technical skills:
1- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax regulations and statutory compliance.
2- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, Xero, or similar ERP systems).
3- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
4- Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
5-Budget preparation and financial analysis.
6- Payroll management.
7- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
