About the Role

AML Finance Limited is seeking an experienced and analytical Credit Analyst to support our growing business financing portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating business credit requests, assessing risk profiles, structuring credit facilities, and presenting detailed recommendations to approving authorities to ensure quality portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Analysis & Underwriting: Conduct in-depth evaluations of financial statements, cash flow statements, business models, and sector-specific risks to determine repayment capability.
Proposal Development: Draft high-quality, comprehensive credit proposals and confidently defend recommendations before approving authorities.
Risk & Portfolio Management: Assess collateral viability, verify credit documentation compliance, and monitor portfolio performance using early-warning risk indicators.
Structuring: Partner with relationship teams to structure viable business credit solutions tailored to client needs and institutional risk appetite.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience evaluating business credit within a regulated financial institution.
Strong expertise in financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and credit documentation.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Exceptional analytical judgment, precision, and technical report-writing abilities.
