- Having reached over 1,000,000 lives since 2012, RTV aims to assist 1 million individuals annually by 2027.
- Technological Innovation: Utilize mobile data collection platforms and support the implementation of new field data technologies to optimize data collection processes.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct internal pre-rollout testing of survey tools, monitor field collection activities, and enforce data integrity best practices across every evaluations.
- Field Team Technical Support: Train field enumerators, provide on-the-ground technical assistance, and troubleshoot mobile data collection software issues in real-time.

Requirements
- Software & Tools: Understanding of mobile data collection platforms (SurveyCTO, ODK, CommCare, Survey123, or SurveySolutions) and proficiency in statistical software (Stata, SPSS) and MS Excel.
- Key Skills: Excellent facilitation and communication skills, strong organizational ability, detail orientation, and readiness to work in high-travel field environments.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E, preferably inside non-profit or development project contexts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
