Cash Flow & Petty Cash Management: Monitor daily liquid balances, manage petty cash disbursements, and perform periodic cash audits across departments.

Financial Reporting: Compile cash flow schedules, banking reports, and transaction summaries for the Finance Manager and management audits.

Requirements

Experience: 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, cashbook management, or broad ledger operations (hospitality sector experience is preferred).
Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SunSystems, Opera, Sage) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Partial or complete professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a useful extra.
