About the Role

Chem Chem Safari is seeking a disciplined, alert, and professional Security Officer to join its dedicated team. Operating three luxury lodges within a private wildlife concession, Chem Chem Safari requires a trusted security professional to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and concession assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain property safety and conduct security monitoring across day and night shifts.
Identify and report potential risks, incidents, or security breaches promptly.
Act as a calm, effective first responder during emergencies or safety incidents.
Maintain strict confidentiality, high integrity, and professional service standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven security experience, ideally within hospitality, eco-tourism, or conservation environments.
Certificate in Security Studies, Law Enforcement, or a related discipline is beneficial.
Basic First Aid certification is an added advantage.
Excellent observational skills, physical fitness, and clear communication abilities.
