We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Director to join our team in Dar Es Salaam. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing effective financial support services across the business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all financial operations comply with local legislation and company policies, while actively driving business strategy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare and submit the region’s annual budget on time for Head Office approval, ensuring alignment with defined budget guidelines and principles.
- Maintain expenditure within approved levels by strictly enforcing budgetary control procedures.

Accounting & Administrative Control
- Ensure accurate and timeous processing of decentralized accounting transactions using the G4S ERP system.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or Accounting. A postgraduate degree is highly advantageous.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
- In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian company law and local tax regulations.
- Familiarity with security industry legislation and G4S Finance Policies and procedures is a strong advantage.
