Position: House Keeping Attendant
Key Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and prepare guest rooms to luxury standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Public Area Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Guest Supplies: Replenish amenities, towels, and toiletries to ensure rooms are fully stocked.
- Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor stock levels and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Guest Service: Provide attentive and professional service, addressing guest requests or concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel, lodge, or resort environment is highly preferred.
- Communication: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swahili is a significant advantage for team and guest interaction.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to clean impeccably in an efficient timeframe
- Physical Fitness: Capability to handle the physical demands of housekeeping in a resort setting
- Attributes: Reliable, discreet, and committed to high hygiene and safety standards.
