Inventory & Stock Controller – POS System —

We are looking for a female Inventory & Stock Controller to manage our stock and inventory records using a computerized POS system.

Main Responsibilities

Manage opening and closing stock
Record and monitor stock-in and stock-out
Manage stock transfers between shop and warehouse
Monitor inventory through the POS system
Prepare daily total sales reports from the system
Reconcile physical stock vs system stock
Record returns and stock adjustments
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports
Identify stock shortages or discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements

Female, 20–30 years old
Muslim
Single
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of POS/inventory systems
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Previous inventory, stock-control, retail or warehouse experience preferred
Honest, responsible and highly attentive to detailsAble to work independently and maintain accurate records

Location: Dar es Salaam

Position: Full-time

Candidates with experience as an Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, Inventory Clerk, POS Operator or Stock Management Officer are encouraged to apply.
