Recognized as one of the top-rated activity operators in the region, we are looking for enthusiastic Quad Bike Tour Guides to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Quad Bike Tour Guide, you will be responsible for:

Picking up clients from their hotels and bringing them to our office
Conducting the safety briefing before each excursion
Providing clients with basic training on how to ride the quad bike
Preparing and checking the quad bikes before each tour
Guiding the group throughout the entire excursion
Presenting and explaining the different stops along the route
Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of clients throughout the tour

REQUIREMENTS

Age: between 19 and 35 years old
Strong command of English (spoken and understood)
Strong command of Swahili (spoken and understood)
Fluency in an additional language: French, Italian, German, Spanish, or Arabic
Valid driving license (required)
Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and safety
Energetic, punctual, and a team player
