Role overview
The Sales Associate serves as the primary operational point of contact for customer inquiries, order execution, and account management across the South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa markets.
The role acts as a crucial liaison between Sales, Finance, and IT departments to maintain seamless customer service and regulatory compliance.
Order & Account Management: Process customer orders, handle refunds/exchanges, and update customer profiles on the administrative portal.
Query Resolution & Customer Care: Resolve service issues, address customer complaints within set timeframes, and build long-term relationships through interactive communication.
Product Advisory & Inbound Sales: Advise clients on tech products/services, handle inbound calls, and generate customer service reports.
Compliance & Systems Administration: Manage FICA-related administrative requirements, maintain customer interaction logs, and ensure adherence to company documentation policies.
