Role Overview & Key Responsibilities The Sales Executive drives hotel revenue by developing new business, managing key accounts, and aggressively promoting rooms, food & beverage (F&B), and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) facilities. Working closely with the Cluster Sales Manager, the role focuses on expanding market share across corporate, government, and leisure sectors.

Business Development & Sales Planning: Generate new business from corporate, NGO, diplomatic, and travel trade markets through proactive sales calls, site inspections, and targeted networking.

Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, develop high-potential account plans, and monitor client production to increase room nights and revenue.

MICE & Event Sales: Drive bookings for conferences, banquets, and weddings. Coordinate client requirements seamlessly with F&B, Banqueting, and Front Office teams.

Travel Trade Expansion: Build robust partnerships with tour operators, travel agents, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs); represent the resort at trade shows and industry workshops.
