We're looking for a qualified and passionate Officer - Systems and Applications Developer.

Key responsibilities

  • St Jude's is funded by generous supporters from around the world who make our mission of giving bright, poor Tanzanian students a free, quality education possible.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Applications team to resolve user support requests and continuously improve existing systems.
  • Are you passionate about designing and developing software that solves real-world problems?.

  • Experience with software testing, debugging, and version control is an advantage.
  • Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into software solutions.
  • Developing clean, secure and maintainable software following School development standards.
  • Work with departments across the school to understand business requirements and develop practical software solutions.
  • Good understanding of software development principles, databases, and system integration.
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues and maintaining business applications.
