Role overview
The Assistant Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clients tax compliance, planning, and reporting.
This role requires a strong understanding of local tax laws and regulations, as well as the ability to effectively manage tax-related projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Training team members on different tax matters.
- Implementing every remaining assignment relating to tax administration.
- Updating clients on every tax changes.
- Planning work schedule for the Firm.
- Reports To: Managing Director.
- Attending to tax queries on behalf of clients.
- Training clients on compliance to different tax laws and procedures.
- Carrying out Tax health checks to clients business.
- Representing clients in every tax matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in attending and representing clients in every taxes administered by TRA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Taxation or equivalent.
- The successful candidates will be placed on a Fixed Term Contract.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Management/ CPA(T) will be a useful extra, Assistant Tax Manager at Given Tax Consultant.
