About the Role

Coshve Finance is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to perform robust credit evaluations, assess borrower risk, and support sound lending decisions in alignment with regulatory standards and internal policy.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration.
Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in credit appraisal, risk management, or financial analysis in banking or microfinance.
Technical Expertise: Advanced capability in financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, business evaluations, and risk mitigation.
Regulatory Compliance: Clear understanding of Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations and prudent credit principles.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical writing, effective negotiation, decision-making, high ethical standards, and confidentiality.
Tools & Systems: Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and automated Credit Management Software.
