Coshve Finance is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to perform robust credit evaluations, assess borrower risk, and support sound lending decisions following regulatory standards and internal policy.
Key responsibilities
- Tools & Systems: Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and automated Credit Management Software.
- Regulatory Compliance: Clear understanding of Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations and prudent credit principles.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced capability in financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, business evaluations, and risk mitigation.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical writing, effective negotiation, decision-making, high ethical standards, and confidentiality.
- Position Type: complete-Time (1 Open Position).
- Industry: Microfinance.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in credit appraisal, risk management, or financial analysis in banking or microfinance.
