- Assisting in monitoring budgets, expenditure controls, and variance analysis to support sound financial planning.
- Maintaining proper documentation for every financial transactions and ensure secure record-keeping.

- Supporting the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and periodic reports in accordance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.

Requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, or a related role.
- Strong integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics when handling financial information.
- Knowledge of budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Experience processing payments and reviewing financial supporting documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and remaining Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and remaining departments.
