URGENT VACANCY – FUEL STATION MANAGER

We are urgently looking for an experienced and highly responsible Fuel Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fuel station.

Location: Tunduma

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the fuel station.
Monitor fuel sales, stock levels, cash collections, and daily financial records.
Maintain accurate accounts and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Supervise station staff and ensure discipline, productivity, and excellent customer service.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase fuel and other station sales.
Monitor expenses, revenues, and overall station profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Handle customers and resolve operational issues professionally.
Monitor fuel deliveries, inventory, and minimize losses or discrepancies.

Requirements

Age: 35 years and above.
Proven experience managing a fuel station or petrol station.
Strong knowledge of accounts, cash management, and financial reporting.
Experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the fuel or retail industry.
Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Honest, reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Good knowledge of fuel station operations, stock control, and loss prevention.
Computer literacy and ability to use accounting systems will be an advantage.
