Role overview
As a HR Officer (Recruitment, Selection & Employee Engagement), you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and selection process of our organization.
Key responsibilities
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in every HR activities.
- Sourcing candidates via different channels (job boards, social media, and others.) and conducting initial screenings.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, like employment offer letters and contracts.
- Developing and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.

- Assisting in processing and managing the company's payroll, ensuring accurate and disbursement of salaries and wages.
- Coordinating interviews, schedule appointments, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve every discrepancies.
- You will work closely with the group HR team to promote a positive and inclusive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Monitoring employee satisfaction surveys and feedback to gauge the effectiveness of employee engagement efforts and propose necessary improvements.
- Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies, maintain candidate databases, coordinate interviews, and support remaining HR-related activities.
- You will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates for different positions inside the company and will as well ensure retention of our top talent.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify and address employee concerns and implement strategies to improve overall employee morale and retention.

- Assisting in organizing and participating in company-wide events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to promote a sense of belonging and camaraderie among employees.

- The basis of this role will be structured around 70% of recruitment, selection and engagement and 30% HR generalist functions.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives, like employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and HR policy updates.
- Maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintaining applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
- Carrying out exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement to enhance employee retention efforts.
- Assisting in managing the complete recruitment life cycle (Attracting, sourcing, selecting, onboarding and retaining candidates).
- Assisting in tracing performance review cycles, sending reminders, and compiling performance data.
- Preparing payroll reports and assist with year-end payroll processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintaining payroll records and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
- In addition to this you will assist with employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR recordkeeping.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, the two written and verbal.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, covering sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively the two independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Previous experience in an HR and Recruitment & Selection role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment.
