Key responsibilities
- Position Title: Marketing Specialist.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales and production teams while helping lead marketing efforts and creative projects.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the operational marketing budget so that cost-effective resource allocation.
- Brand Development: Oversee brand messaging, market positioning, and promotional collateral to maintain strong brand identity across every platforms.
- Market & Data Analysis: Track industry trends, evaluate competitor strategies, and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI.

Requirements
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Building Materials industry is a useful extra.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with strong team-building capabilities.
- Market Acumen: Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital and traditional marketing channels, and market research techniques.
- Practical experience in managing marketing budgets and leading projects or teams.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to align marketing campaigns with overarching business goals and revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
