Key responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies to optimize production workflows.
- Budget & Financial Management: Oversee plant operational expenses, manage Profit & Loss (P&L), and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Application Window: September 15 - September 18.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations (EHS standards) across the facility so that a safe working environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead, direct, and evaluate production personnel and cross-functional teams to drive operational performance and growth.
- Every output meets industry standards and company benchmark criteria.. This as well covers quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control protocols.
- Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Monitor equipment performance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and minimize operational downtime.
- Operations & Scheduling: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily manufacturing schedules to meet production targets and customer delivery timelines.

Requirements
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting ability to resolve complex production bottlenecks and workforce challenges.
- Financial Acumen: Capability to analyze financial statements, manage plant operating budgets, and oversee P&L reports.
- 2-5 years of experience working inside a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred: Master's degree (MBA or M.Sc.) is a useful extra.
- Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated capability to guide cross-functional teams, manage performance, and drive organizational change.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Production Supervisor, Operations Manager, Plant Lead).
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean/Kaizen methodologies, and ERP/MRP software systems.
- Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with floor personnel, executive leadership, and external suppliers.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
