Role overview

To manage, promote, and support the Bulk SMS service by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, coordinating service delivery, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in telecom products or enterprise sales.
Resolve customer issues by working with technical support and network teams.
Preparing quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
Monitoring customer usage and identify upselling opportunities.
Experience with Bulk SMS, CPaaS, A2P Messaging, or enterprise messaging services is a useful extra.
Making sure compliance with telecommunications regulations and customer data privacy requirements.
Making sure billing and payment follow-up.
Preparing weekly and monthly sales and usage reports.
Promote and sell Bulk SMS solutions to corporate, government, NGO, and SME customers.
