The company is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Service Executive to connect clients’ visions with event execution while ensuring exceptional experiences for corporate, government, and NGO clients.

Duties and responsibilities

Client relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assess their requirements, and provide updates throughout the event-planning process to ensure strong communication, alignment, and satisfaction.
Events calendar management: Maintain the company’s master events calendar to optimize resource allocation and prevent scheduling conflicts.
Proposal and budget development: Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to prepare detailed event proposals, pitches, cost estimates, quotations, and contracts within the stipulated timelines.
Customer satisfaction and quality assurance: Ensure maximum client satisfaction by confirming through visual inspections that installations meet specifications and are delivered as anticipated.
Event staff supervision: Supervise staff at events, assign duties, and provide general direction.
Event coordination: Support the operations team by providing client briefs, schedules, vendor confirmations, and on-site client liaison to ensure successful events.
Team coordination: Communicate client requests to internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Problem-solving: Manage unforeseen incidents promptly and professionally at every stage of each project.
Administration and reporting: Maintain the customer relationship management system, track client feedback, and prepare weekly reports for management.

Skills and competencies

Ability to multitask and manage multiple event timelines simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Tourism, or another related field.
Two to three years of experience in client service, account management, or hospitality.
Experience working with corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions is required.
