Key responsibilities
- Monitoring and recording Customer Complaints in respect of ethics and compliance.
- TEMTL is one of the leading OMC's in Tanzania with two (2) primary competitors, namely, Puma and Oryx.
- Receives and keeps records of invoices from every departments.

- Professional report writing and presentation/ communication skills.
- Collaborates with every departments so that their policies and procedures align with the Group's directives.
- Mandatory and effective participation in the E-Learning training program and remaining compliance trainings for Staffs.. This as well covers collaborates with the Human Resource Department.
- Promotes the Company's Compliance program to operational entities / associates of the Affiliate like Service Station Staffs, and facilitates appropriate training session for new / existing Staffs, Dealers, Vendors, Transporters, and others.
- Making sure Memos, letters and remaining documents are delivered to the relevant/appropriate departments/units.
- The Compliance Executive interacts with the two management and non-management Staffs, as well as internal and external persons.
- Making sure every units in the Finance and Accounts Departments are provided with stationeries to aid in the discharge of their duties.
- Coordinating the Tone at the Top program for the affiliate, thus maintaining an effective compliance communication program via promoting awareness of the code of conduct and remaining relevant Company policies.
- Action-oriented.
- Ability to relate well to a wide variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- The local currency is the Tanzanian shillings which shows signs of volatility time to time.

- Creates Purchase Orders and generates Goods Receipts for every purchases for the Finance and Accounts Department.
- Developing and maintains a proper filing system.
- Every remaining duties as might be assigned.
- It has a cumulative Market Share of about 8%.
- Carrying out due diligence searches, covering follow-up of due diligence questionnaires, and provides support to respective team members (business contacts) and third parties who need to conduct or undergo the process.
- A Business degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Making sure effective communication and continuous improvement of the compliance program.
- Monitoring and updating relevant Compliance reports, covering reporting annually on Compliance activities (Annual Compliance reporting).
- Self-starter, detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Committed to Total Golden Rules and the use of STOP Cards.
