This Manager: IMT and Cross-Border Payments vacancy covers driving the growth, profitability, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance of Vodacom M-Pesa's cross-border financial services portfolio.
The role will lead the development and execution of strategies that expand international remittance corridors, enable innovative cross-border payment use cases, strengthen partnerships with Money Transfer Operators (MTOs), Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Banks, Fintechs and Payment Hubs, and ensure seamless customer experiences across inbound and outbound payment journeys.
The position serves as the commercial and operational custodian of the business, balancing revenue growth, customer value proposition, partner management, treasury optimization, risk management, and regulatory compliance to position M-Pesa as the preferred cross-border payments platform.
