- Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations, loan documentation workflows, and disbursement procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Core Competencies: High level of integrity, meticulous record-keeping, confidentiality, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork.
- File Review & Compliance: Capability to audit and verify loan files, ensuring complete alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in loan operations or credit administration inside banking or microfinance.
- Systems Proficiency: practical experience with Loan Management Systems, along with proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
