- Transporter & Fleet Optimization: Track third-party logistics (3PL) transporter performance, optimize delivery routes, and maximize fleet utilization.
- Operational Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in site transport logistics to reduce operational costs, streamline traffic flow, and improve service delivery.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in transport operations, route planning, or transport safety-preferably inside the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or 3PL sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Technical skills: Deep knowledge of transport safety standards, journey risk management, incident root-cause analysis, and proficiency with Transport Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and MS Office.
