Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, ride-hailing, e-commerce, or technology-driven marketplace businesses. (Market experience in Tanzania or comparable regional markets is a useful extra).
- Carrying out & Adaptability: Strong execution mindset balancing field-level operational tasks with analytical planning in a fast-paced environment.
- Compensation & Perks: Competitive base salary, stock options, wellness perks, and a 1-month paid sabbatical following 5 years of service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
