- Align every assessments and recommendations with the approved Retail Credit Policy and established product processes.

- Land rent, valuation, insurance, title deeds, and mortgages, so that that every securities for loans are in order and up to date.. This as well covers reviewing and verify all required loan documentation,.
- Making sure employer confirmation is conducted on every applications ahead of recommendations to validate applicant information.
- Draft and issuing offer letters and provide feedback regarding approved facilities to clients via branch networks.
- Be flexible and adaptable in accepting and fulfilling extra tasks as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and execute these responsibilities accurately and inside specified timelines.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and proactively implement necessary adjustments to processes to maintain compliance and minimize audit findings.

- Facilitate effective communication post-approval so that a smooth onboarding process for clients.
- Making sure every secured loans complete their collateralization procedures ahead of making recommendations for the Manager's approval.
- Carrying out risk assessments on restructured loans to evaluate the impact on portfolio performance.

- Carrying out training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing among colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously monitor and analyze emerging credit trends to refine assessment methodologies and enhance risk evaluation.

- Collaborate with team members and branch staff to foster a positive and productive working environment.
- Verify that no loan applications are processed for every branch or customer that has been suspended from lending due to breaches of any established triggers.
- Making sure a succession plan is in place for team members, promoting professional development.
- Analysing financial statements, credit histories, and relevant documentation to determine creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
- Taking part in internal audits and contribute to the development of action plans to address every identified compliance gaps.
