- At least 3 years of leadership and professional experience in Monitoring and Evaluation inside large-scale international development organizations., Experience in data collection , analysis and reporting.
- Supporting the Senior Manager, Monitoring and Learning in the development, updating, and implementation of the Theory of Change, Results Framework, and M&E frameworks and plans for every ongoing and new BRAC Maendeleo Tanzania projects.
- Contribute to learning and adaptive programme management via analysis, dissemination of monitoring findings, lessons learned, and best practices, as well as the development of learning agendas and learning questions.
- Familiarity with mobile- and web-based data collection, management, and reporting platforms.. This as well covers strong knowledge of IT applications and digital technologies for project management, monitoring, and supervision,.
- Experienced in data quality and data assurance frameworks.

- Carrying out quality control of MIS data via routine verifications and validations in line with Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning guidelines.
