The Digital Channels Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, adoption, and end-to-end performance of Airtel Money’s digital touchpoints (Mobile App, USSD, and self-service portals). Digital Channel Strategy & Growth: Define strategic expansion plans to increase active App/USSD users, boost transaction values, and digitize customer journeys to reduce reliance on assisted channels.

Product & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end digital portfolio lifecycle, create business cases and user stories, manage enhancement roadmaps, and monitor platform availability and conversion rates.

Customer Experience & Engagement: Partner with Marketing, Retention, and CX teams to streamline onboarding, optimize transaction success rates, and launch targeted user acquisition campaigns.
