- Providing daily HR support to employees working at the Ngerengere site.
- Coordinating attendance, leave, overtime, new employee, and employee exit information for payroll purposes.

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with employees and management.
- Practical experience with employee records, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave administration.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or remaining related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, or a related role.
- Good organizational and record-management skills.
- Experience working in agribusiness, agriculture, estate operations, or a comparable environment will be a useful extra.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
