Role overview
The Operations & Business Analytics Manager oversees daily business intelligence, transaction pattern analysis, back-office retail partner administration, and product enhancement execution for Airtel Money.
This role bridges analytical data processing with strategic execution, fraud risk management, and cross-functional project management.
Business Intelligence & Data Management: Analyze day-to-day transaction patterns, revenue metrics, and customer usage data; maintain vital Airtel Money data custody and deliver strategic insights to stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring & Strategy Execution: Deep-dive into financial statements, P&L metrics, and KPI trends to support strategy development, promotional planning, and cross-segment project rollouts.
Retail & Business Partner Operations: Develop and maintain back-office administrative routines, manage retail trade partner documentation, track performance, and administer commissions/incentive payouts on schedule.
Product Development & UAT: Define specification documents for mobile commerce feature updates, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and partner with technical support teams for seamless deployment.
Fraud & Risk Mitigation: Conduct ongoing analysis to identify and plug operational loopholes, reducing system fraud exposure across retail and partner channels.
