Job Summary: As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

- Basic understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations, and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of physical and security risk management approaches.
- Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol ahead of arrival of authorities.
- Maintaining accurate records of security-related incidents, covering reports of theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Providing assistance and support to employees and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns related to security matters.
- Carrying out every remaining duties as might be assigned by Supervisor or Head of Department.
- Carrying out security checks of personnel, vehicles, and packages entering and leaving the premises.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Industrial Security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, taking appropriate action to resolve situations effectively.
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
- Secure every exits, doors, and windows following the end of operations.
- You will enforce security protocols, monitor surveillance equipment, and respond to incidents as necessary.
- Ability to think strategically and holistically.
- Demonstrated ability to pay adequate attention to detail.
- Date: Jul 23, 2026.
- Dimploma and above, with proven security training i.e., military, police, prison, militia, or every private security training.
- Patrol assigned areas regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, vandalism, or remaining security threats.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
