In an effort to stream line operations, Serene Microfinance LTD seeks to recruit qualified Loan Recovery Officer to be involved in debt/Loan recovering.
Good time-management skills.
Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
Keep tracking of outstanding loans and Defaulters.
Employing Company: Serene Microfinance LTD.
Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
Plan course of action to recover Non Performing Loans.
Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
Excellent Communication (the two written and spoken) in English & Swahili.
Update account status and database regularly.
Handling customers' questions or complaints.
