vodaBima Group Life Cover, Rafiki Group Life, and Group Funeral Cover.. This also covers the Zonal Relationship Executive leads zone-level sales execution and builds a high-performing field sales structure for Alternative Channels products,.
The role recruits and manages Unit Managers, ensures team productivity, and meets targets through disciplined field execution.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train; manage Unit Managers and field sales teams to maintain consistent sales productivity.
- Remuneration: Salary-based.
- Zone: Lake Eastern Zone.
- Stations: Mwanza, Simiyu, Shinyanga & Mara.
- Reports To: Zonal Relationship Officer (ZRO).
- Submit disciplined weekly/monthly operational and performance reports to the Zonal Relationship Officer (ZRO).
- Zonal Relationship Executive.
- Prospect and close group sales, managing client onboarding and activation across the assigned zone.
- Service existing corporate and group clients while driving contract renewals.
- Making sure complete, accurate KYC documentation for every onboarded clients and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Target-driven mindset, high integrity, excellent communication skills; strong team leadership capabilities.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience (field sales, agency management, banking, or microfinance experience is a strong advantage).
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in every field from a recognized institution.
- Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance is a useful extra.
