This position provides operational and sales support by identifying target customers, presenting product features, ensuring strict documentation compliance, and gathering field market intelligence to support retail banking growth objectives.

- Minimum of a more Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, Management Studies, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of retail banking products and KYC document requirements.
- Customer Acquisition & Onboarding: Engage potential clients to present Absa product offerings and guide them via document requirements.
- High standard of personal integrity, organizational ability, and customer relationship management skills.
- Pipeline Management: Hand off complete customer files to the Sales Manager for pre-submission checks and communicate application outcomes directly to clients.
