- Adherence to the bank's policies and processes.
- Generate monthly statutory reports on credit reviews.
- Relevant Professional Qualifications compulsory.

- Value addition to credit requests.
- Compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Carry out every assigned tasks by the Chief Credit Officer.
- High internal and external customer satisfaction index.
- Good knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment.
- Making sure compliance with every credit approval processes and procedures.
- Reviewing deal memos and product programs with the view of optimizing credit facilities and products.
- Good knowledge of internal and external policies and procedures.
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum of 2-5 years banking experience.
