- Preparing technical documentation and prototype sketches and support engineering improvement projects.
- Promote compliance with company health, safety and operational standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Developing and coordinate preventive, predictive and periodic maintenance plans to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Providing operational support to Assistant Technical Managers so that the continuity of technical operations.
- Leading the administration, optimization and continuous improvement of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring that maintenance and asset records are accurate.

- Every seeds produced by the company are exported to its parent company in the Netherlands.
- Maintaining the technical asset register and support asset lifecycle planning, capital investment proposals and equipment replacement initiatives.
- Generate technical reports, dashboards and performance analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Following thorough quality checks, the seeds are re-exported worldwide under the Enza Zaden brand.
- Coordinating technical procurement activities, covering preparing technical specifications and following up on critical spare parts and equipment deliveries.
Requirements
- Experience in greenhouse, agricultural or manufacturing environments will be a useful extra.
- At least two years of experience in maintenance planning, engineering support or technical operations.
