- Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
- Working knowledge of financial reconciliation and data protection. ERP, dealer-management and CRM data experience strongly preferred.
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Actuarial Science,.
- Ability to use approved AI tools for pipeline development, testing and queries, and verify outputs against source data.
- 8+ years in data engineering, business intelligence or data management, covering at least 3 years leading a small team.
- Strong SQL and Python or R; ETL/ELT tooling, warehouse or lakehouse modelling and BI platforms.
- Proven ownership of finance or commercial data pipelines across multiple entities or systems, covering reconciliation and release controls.
