Role overview
The ICT Specialist - Subsidiary Support works within CRDB Bank PLC's ICT department to provide technical support across all aspects of the bank's subsidiary IT portfolio.
Working across Development, Finance, IT, and Operations, this role analyzes business needs, designs and validates technical solutions, executes project implementations, and ensures continuous operational efficiency.
The position provides end-user technical support, oversees digital strategy implementation across subsidiaries, and manages production systems to meet evolving business demands.
Key responsibilities
- Application Architecture & Asset Management: Oversee subsidiary application architecture, integration risks, and global system/process consolidations.
- Closing Date: September 29, 2026.
- Managing proactive software licensing compliance and vendor contracts for subsidiary solutions.
- System Selection & Subsidiary Support: Support the selection, implementation, and quality assurance of new IT systems for every CRDB Bank subsidiaries.
- Managing vendor incident/problem escalations, ensuring application of updates and fixes.
- Production Systems & Incident Management: Monitor and support production systems across subsidiaries, handling system modifications, routine maintenance, and service delivery.
- Maintaining knowledge management processes and data assets across every subsidiaries.
- Address audit findings and regulatory inquiries inside agreed timelines, ensuring identified risk or security gaps are promptly remediated.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Collaborate with functional business stakeholders to align IT intake and prioritize requests against clear business objectives.
- Adequate application performance, proper system monitoring, and compliance with security standards (e.g., ISO27001).. This as well covers partner with Infrastructure, Operations, and Information Security teams.
- Taking part in routine subsidiary review meetings covering performance, quality, and service improvement.
- Reporting Line: Senior Manager ICT Strategy & Reporting.
- Track and resolve support issues reported via the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, email, social media, and direct subsidiary channels.
- Identify opportunities for IT application portfolio consolidation and optimization across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across multi-subsidiary structures.

- Technical & Soft Skills: Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

- Practical experience with enterprise banking application environments (payments, core banking, digital channels, office applications).
