Finance & accounting department
Internal Auditor
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with a Big Four firm.
Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management and compliance.
Night Auditor
Experience: 5 to 6 years’ hospitality experience.
Strong knowledge of night audit, revenue reconciliation and front-office operations.
Cost Controller
Experience: 5 to 6 years’ hospitality experience.
Strong knowledge of costing, inventory, purchasing controls and cost analysis.
Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant
Experience: 7 to 8 years’ hospitality experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and month-end closing.
Senior Credit Controller
Experience: 5 to 6 years’ hospitality experience.
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, ageing analysis and debt collection.
Junior Credit Controller
Experience: 4 to 5 years’ hospitality experience.
Experience in billing, collections and account reconciliation.
Finance & accounting – general requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Hotel, resort or hospitality experience is mandatory for all finance positions.
Recognised finance/accounting qualifications are required; professional qualifications or membership will be given priority.
Experience in a high-volume hospitality environment is preferred.
Full hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of Opera PMS and SunSystems are mandatory.
Must have relevant experience for the position applied for.

Housekeeping department
Executive Housekeeper
Experience: 5 to 6 years’ hospitality experience in a large-inventory hotel.
Strong leadership, quality standards and people-management skills.
Reservations & front office
Reservations Agent
Relevant hotel reservations or front-office experience.
Must be familiar with Opera PMS.
Strong communication, customer-service and sales skills.
Kitchen department
Available positions:
CDP – Cold Kitchen.
CDP – Hot Kitchen.
CDP – A La Carte.
Baker.
Chief Steward.
All kitchen positions require 4 to 5 years of relevant hospitality experience.
F&B department
Restaurant Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership, team-management, customer-service and operational skills.
General requirements for all positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
