- The Regional Chef Trainer leads culinary excellence, menu innovation, and chef development across all &Beyond lodges in East Africa. - Menu Development & Food Styling: Revise complete 7-day lodge menus, bush picnics, snacks, and dietary menus in alignment with &Beyond Food Recipes and visual styling guides.
- Culinary Training & Academy Operations: Conduct hands-on training for lodge chefs on food presentation, menu costing, kitchen controls, waste management, and interactive guest storytelling.
- Circuit Rotation & Quality Control: Rotate through East Africa lodges to audit kitchen standards, elevate food quality, host annual Food Fundi Workshops, and facilitate chef exchange programs.
- Procurement & Sustainability: Partner with local procurement teams to source local produce, build supplier relationships, and manage F&B budget overruns.
