Duties and responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
Tracing counterfeit goods at entry points, Inland Container Depots (ICDs), shops, and godowns.
Collecting, collating, and analysing field data and compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Liaising with the Anti-counterfeit Enforcement Section on legal matters.
Conducting raids in godowns, retail shops, and private premises suspected of harbouring counterfeit goods.
Inspecting premises, vehicles, and any person suspected of harbouring or manufacturing counterfeit goods.
Conducting market surveys to identify counterfeit goods.
Seizing, detaining, and storing suspected counterfeit goods in a designated place.
Taking samples for laboratory testing.
Performing any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement from a recognized institution.
Remuneration
Successful candidates will receive remuneration according to the FCC SS 4 salary scale.
