The Waiter will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks efficiently.
Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Clear and reset tables as required.
Work closely with the kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
A certificate in Hospitality or a related field is an added advantage.
At least one year of relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or customer service environment.
