Niajiri Platform Ltd is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing and sales initiatives.
The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, strengthen the company’s market presence, and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand-awareness activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets while ensuring the cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor sales performance and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of three to five years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or distribution sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
