Applicant Requirements

Education: Minimum Form Four (Secondary Education) or higher.

Citizenship: Must be a Tanzanian citizen with a valid NIDA Number.

Equipment: Must possess a working Smartphone.

Language Skills: Ability to read and write in English and Kiswahili.

Core Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive sales skills to engage merchants effectively.
Salary Breakdown & Monthly Targets

Monthly Remuneration Package (Total: TSh 370,000/=):

Base Salary: TSh 300,000/=

Transport Allowance: TSh 50,000/=

Airtime/Data Allowance: TSh 20,000/=

Monthly Target Requirements for Payment Eligibility:

Onboard/create a minimum of 55 Lipa Merchant Accounts per month.

Each created merchant account must complete at least 3 transactions with a total combined value of TSh 90,000/= or more.
