The program is designed to accelerate technical expertise, warehouse and inventory management skills, leadership abilities, and career growth within a high-performing supply chain department in the mining industry.

Qualifications & Entry Requirements

Academic Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Materials Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
Academic Standing: GPA of 3.5 or higher is required (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Skills & Personal Attributes

Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and collaborative teamwork abilities.
