Description
The Ng'ara Graduate Program is a structured career development initiative that equips fresh graduates
with practical workplace experience, professional skills, and industry exposure within the banking sector.
Through hands-on rotations, mentorship, and targeted training, participants build the competencies
needed to launch successful careers in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Undertake structured rotations across designated banking functions to build cross-functional knowledge
- Complete assigned learning modules, assessments, and on-the-job training activities.
- Work closely with assigned mentors and supervisors to develop professional competencies.
- Contribute to team projects and assignments, applying academic knowledge to real business
- challenges.
- Uphold the bank's policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times.
Requirements
• Be a fresh graduate from a recognized higher learning institution.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance.
• Be passionate about building a career in the banking and financial services industry.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Be willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
