Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

The Hub Team Lead governs 24/7 technical operations across NOC and GSOC environments for Mixx by Yas. The role oversees shift rosters, leads major incident management (P1 escalations), monitors key platform performance metrics (Availability, Transaction Success Rates, MTTR), and manages operational operators to ensure continuous delivery of mobile money and fintech services.

24/7 Operations & Shift Governance: Supervise 24/7 continuous operations (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie shifts), manage rosters, enforce shift handovers, and ensure operational readiness across the hub. Hub Team Lead Vacancy at Mixx by Yas
Major Incident Management (P1): Function as the primary escalation point for severe incidents, leading rapid technical resolution, cross-hub coordination, and stakeholder communications.
KPI Governance & Reporting: Track operational metrics including Platform Availability, Transaction Success Rates, Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), and Detection Quality Ratios.
Tooling & Platform Oversight: Manage GSOC monitoring tools, platform configurations, Kibana log analysis, and Prometheus/Grafana alerting systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree or Engineering School Qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in NOC, IT Operations, Telecommunications, or Fintech environments.
Technical Skills & Tools:
- ITIL Framework (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- ServiceNow ticketing, workflow design, and report generation.
- Grafana, Prometheus, and Kibana for log analysis and metric monitoring.
- Understanding of mobile financial services, USSD channels, and digital transaction flows.
Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated experience in incident escalation, roster governance, and technical team mentoring.
