Requirements

  • 1- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Port Management, or a related field.
  • 2- 8–10 years’ experience in mooring, bunkering, marine, or port operations, with relevant management experience.
  • 3- Strong knowledge of IMO, MARPOL, ISGOTT, OCIMF, port regulations, and maritime safety standards.
  • 4- Proven leadership, operational planning, risk management, and emergency response skills.
  • 5- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with high commitment to safety, compliance, and environmental protection
  • Technical skills:
